100g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Lime juice
250g Canned Chickpea (drained)
60g Onion (diced)
100g Tomato (diced)
60g Capsicum (diced)
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
½ tsp Dry Mango Powder (optional)
A pinch Salt
1 tsp Lime Juice
3 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
As needed Fine Sev (to sprinkle)
2 tbsp Green Chutney
3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
3 tbsp Yogurt (IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk)
- To make yogurt, mix lime juice with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk. Stir well, set aside or keep in the chiller.
- To make chana chaat, blanch the drained chickpea. Drain the excess water, set aside to let cool. Mix the chickpeas with the rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix well.
- Scoop the chana chaat on a plate. Drizzle with yogurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
- Lastly, sprinkle with some fine sev to serve.
