½ portion Chicken Curry

 Short Crust Pastry Dough

800g Ready short crust pastry dough

2 nos Egg yolk

Preparation

  1. Remove all the hard spices from the curry
  2. Get ready a short crust dough, roll 50g of the short crust pastry into a ball, and flatten into 3-inch round mould.
  3. Scoop a generous amount of curry chicken into the mould, flatten the rest of short crust pastry, use a ring mould and cut 3-inch coin size to seal the pie.
  4. Egg wash the top of the short crust. Bake the pie in a 180C oven until golden brown.
  5. Leave it to cool completely before unmoulding and serve.

800g Doh pastri short crust segera

2 biji Kuning telur

Langkah-langkah

  1. Keluarkan semua rempah keras dari kari
  2. Siapkan doh pastri short crust, gulungkan 50g doh pastri menjadi bentuk bola, dan ratakan ke dalam acuan bulat 3 inci.
  3. Masukkan kari ayam ke dalam acuan, ratakan doh yang lebih, gunakan acuan biskut bulat dan potong saiz 3 inci bentuk bulat untuk menutup pai.
  4. Sapu kuning telur di atas doh pastri. Bakar pai dalam ketuhar 180C sehingga kuning keemasan
  5. Biarkan sehingga sejuk sebelum keluar dari acuan dan hidangkan segera
