250g IDEAL Full Cream Evaporated Milk
2 ½ tbsp Lime Juice
Chicken Dahi Wala
1 stick Cinnamon stick
250g Red onion (sliced)
1 no Green chili (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Garam masala
10g Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves (dried)
- To make yogurt, mix lime juice with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk. Stir well, set aside.
- To make chicken dahi wala, heat 60g of ghee in a pot, sear the chicken until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pot, set aside.
- Add the remaining ghee into the same pot. Sauté cinnamon stick and red onion until red onion starts to turn golden in color. Followed by green chili, garlic paste and ginger paste, sauté until fragrant.
- Add in turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well. Transfer the chicken back into the pot. Toss well, make sure the chicken are well coated with spices.
