Marination

1 cup   F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

500g   Chicken meat (breast or thigh, remove skin, debone and cut into cubes)

5 tablespoon   Lemon juice

1 tablespoon   Garam masala spice powder

2 tablespoon   Chili powder

2 teaspoon   Coarse black pepper powder

2 teaspoon   Cumin powder

To taste   Salt and sugar


Sauce

⅓ cup  F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

2cm  Fresh ginger (minced)

5 clove  Garlic (minced)

1 nos  Green chili (minced)

1 tablespoon  Tomato paste

¼ cup  Chicken stock

¼ slices  Fresh coriander leaves

1 tablespoon  Ghee

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk with lemon juice and stir until thickens. Then add in garam masala spice, chili powder, coarse black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Marinated the chickens with the mixture above for 40 minutes.
  3. Grill the marinated chickens in the preheated oven at 190°C for 10 minutes (This step can be done over the hot charcoal or grill pan with a little oil). Make sure the chickens are only half cooked.
  4. In another pot, heat the ghee and sauté the minced ginger, garlic, green chili and tomato paste until fragrant.
  5. Add in ⅓ cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and chicken stock then bring to boil. Add in the half cooked chickens and let it simmer until sauce is thick then remove from heat.
  6. Sprinkle with sliced coriander leaves and serve with rice

1 cawan   Susu Isian Sejat F&N

500g   Isi ayam (bahagian dada atau bahagian kaki, dibuang kulit dan tulang dan dipotong kiubs)

5 sudu besar  Jus lemon

1 sudu besar   Rempah garam masala

2 sudu besar   Serbuk cili

2 sudu kecil  Serbuk lada hitam kasar

2 sudu kecil   Serbuk jintan putih

Secukup rasa  Garam dan gula


Kuah

⅓ cawan  Susu Isian Sejat F&N

2cm  Halia segar (dicincang halus)

5 ulas  Bawang putih (dicincang halus)

1 biji  Cili hijau (dicincang halus)

1 sudu besar  Pes tomato

¼ cawan  Air rebusan ayam (stock ayam)

¼ hirisan  Daun ketumbar segar

1 sudu besa  Minyak sapi

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkan 1 cawan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dengan jus lemon dan kacaukan sehingga likat. Kemudian masukkan garam masala, serbuk cili, lada hitam, jintan putih, garam dan gula.
  2. Perapkan ayam yang telah dipotong bersama campuran tadi selama 40 minit.
  3. Masukkan ayam yang telah diperap ke dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 190°C dan panggangkan selama 10 minit (anda juga boleh grill kan ayam diatas bara arang atau diatas kuali leper dengan sedikit minyak). Pastikan ayam hanya separa masak.
  4. Sediakan kuahnya di dalam kuali yang berlainan. Cairkan minyak sapi dan tumiskan halia, bawang putih, cili hijau dan pes tomato, tumiskan sehingga harum.
  5. Tambahkan ⅓ cawan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan air rebusan ayam. Biarkan ia mereneh seketika dan masukkan ayam tadi, didihkan sehingga likat dan matikan api.
  6. Hiaskan dengan daun ketumbar dan hidangkan bersama nasi.
