1 tbsp Strawberry jam
600g Minced beef
1 tsp Salt
½ tspBlack pepper
70g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1 no Egg
100g Onion (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
¼ tsp Dried oregano
¼ tsp Dried basil
2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp Flour
350ml Beef stock
1 tsp Yellow mustard
½ tsp Garlic powder
120g Sour cream
200g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- Moisten the breadcrumbs with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a large bowl.
- Mix in the remaining ingredient. Shape into round balls.
- Deep fry to golden brown.
- Microwave the meatball at high heat for 30-50 seconds to cook the inside.
- To make gravy, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add in flour and keep stirring until the flour turns brown.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve the meatball together with gravy and some strawberry jam.
