100g Onion

100g Celery

70g Carrot

250g Cooked turkey

60g Butter

500ml Chicken broth

500ml Farmhouse Low Fat Milk

As needed Salt

As needed Pepper

As needed Chopped parsley

30g Flour

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables and cooked turkey into small cubes
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat then stir in the flour.
  3. Sauté the vegetable cubes with butter in a pot until translucent
  4. Add in flour, saute until the flour cooked
  5. Add in chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Add in Farmhouse Low Fat Milk, simmer for another 5 minutes until the vegetables turn soft
  7. Lastly, season with some salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with some chopped parsley and enjoy!

500ml Susu Rendah Lemak Farmhouse

Langkah-langkah

  1. Potong sayur dan ayam belanda yang dimasak menjadi kiub kecil.
  2. Cairkan mentega dalam kuali dengan api sederhana kemudian kacau tepung.
  3. Tumis kiub sayur dengan mentega dalam periuk hingga lut.
  4. Masukkan tepung, tumis hingga tepung masak.
  5. Masukkan sup ayam, reneh selama 10 minit.
  6. Masukkan Susu Rendah Lemak Farmhouse, reneh selama 5 minit lagi sehingga sayur menjadi lembut.
  7. Akhir sekali, perasakan dengan garam dan lada.
  8. Hiaskan dengan sebilangan pasli cincang dan nikmati!
