Ingredients

2 cans (300ml) F&N Seasons Jasmine Green Tea

as needed Ice cube

100g Whipping cream (Foam)

50g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (Foam) 

30g F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer (Foam) 

2g Salt (Foam)

Prepartion

  1. Make the foam by whipping the cream until it become stiff.
  2. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer and salt to the foam. Continue whip it until foamy.
  3. Add ice cubes into 4 glasses, pour in OYOSHI Green Tea Original until every glass ¾ full. Top the foam until the glass is full.
  4. Garnish with matcha powder(optional) on the foam & serve immediately.

100g Krim Putar (Buih)

50g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (Buih) 

30g Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N (Buih) 

2g Garam (Buih)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Untuk menyediakan buih, pukulkan krim putar sehingga tegas.
  2. Campurkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N dan garam ke dalam krim. Pukul sehingga berbuih
  3. Masukkan ketulan ais ke dalam 4 gelas. Isikan gelas dengan Minuman Teh Hijau OYOSHI sampai ¾ penuh. Tambahkan buih berkrim ke dalam gelas sehingga penuh.
  4. Tabuhkan serbuk matcha (Jika mahu) diatas buih dan sedia dihidang.
