500ml Water

1 tbsp Sweet Thai chili paste

2 tbsp Fish sauce

2 tbsp Lime juice

¼ cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

Dry Ingredient

15g Galangal

2-3 leaves Kaffir lime leaf

20g / 1 stalk Lemon Grass

5g / 1 stalk Bird eye chili

5g / 1 stalk Cilantro roots

Fresh Ingredient

120gPrawn

Prepartion

  1. Bring Water to boil in a medium pot, add in all the dry ingredients listed above
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Add in all the seasoning ingredients listed above, bring to a boil and add in prawn and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk give it a stir.
  5. Dish out.

5g / 1 batang Akar ketumbar

120g Cendawan

120g Udang

Langkah-langkah

  1. Didihkan Air di dalam periuk sederhana, masukkan semua bahan kering.
  2. Reneh selama 10 minit.
  3. Masukkan semua bahan perasa , Masukkan udang dan masak selama 3 minit.
  4. Akhir sekali, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan kacau.
  5. Hidangkan segera.
