Ingredients

4 pcs Mackerel steaks

6 pcs Lady finger

3 pcs Tomato, quarters

6 tbsp Cooking oil

½ can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

 Spices

1 pc Red onions, sliced

5 cloves Garlics, chopped

1 inch Ginger, sliced

1 tsp Mixed fenugreek spice

 Paste (mix into a slurry)

60g Fish curry powder

30g Chili powder

2 pcs Tamarin slice

2 pcs Curry leaves

1.5 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

600ml Water

Preparation

  1. Heat a pot with medium fire, add in cooking oil and spices, stir fried until fragrant. Add in the paste, cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add in Mackerel, lady finger, tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and bring it to a boil.
  4. Dish out

Bahan-bahan

4 keping Ikan tenggiri kepingan

6 batang Bendi

3 biji Tomato, potong suku

6 sudu besar Minyak masak

½ tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N 

 Rempah

1 biji Bawang besar, dihiris

5 ulas Bawang putih, dicincang

1 inci Halia, dihiris

1 sudu kecil Campuran rempah halba

 Pes ( campur sampai gabung)

60g Serbuk kari ikan

30g Serbuk cili

2 keping Asam keping

2 tangkai Daun kari

1.5 sudu kecil Garam

1 sudu kecil Gula

600ml Air

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan periuk dengan api sederhana, masukkan minyak masak dan rempah, tumis sehingga wangi. Masukkan pes, masak selama 3 minit.
  2. Masukkan ikan, bendi dan tomato. Didihkan selama 5 minit.
  3. Masukkan Susu Isi Sejat F&N dan didihkan.
  4. Hidangkan segera
