Ingredients

600g Yellow noodles

2 pcs Lemongrass, white part only, smashes

400ml Water

3 tbsp Meat curry powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder

5 stalks Kesum leaf

2 cans F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

 Spices

5 nos Red onions

2 nos Garlic

2 inch Galangal

1 inch Fresh turmeric

1 inch Ginger

8 pcs Dried chili

1 tbsp Belacan, toasted

2 tbsp Cooking oil

 Toppings

500g Chicken, rough chopped

300g Prawns

8 pcs Tofu puff

4 pcs Eggs, cooked and halved

150g Bean sprout, cooked

4 pcs Long bean, rough chopped and cooked

Preparation

  1. Blend all the spices into paste.
  2. Sauté the spice in a pot with medium fire. Add in meat curry, coriander powder and lemongrass. Cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add in water and chicken. Bring it to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add in prawns and tofu puff, cook for 5 minutes.ices into paste.
  4. Swirl in F&N Evaporated Fill Milk, and bring it to a boil. Dish out.
  5. Assemble the curry laksa in a bowl, starting with yellow noodles, cooked chicken, prawns, tofu puff one eggs, bean sprout and long bean
  6. Add the curry laksa soup into the bowl, and serve.

Bahan-bahan

600g Mee Kuning

2 batang Serai, bahagian putih sahaja, hancur

400ml Air

3 sudu besar Serbuk kari daging

1 sudu besar Serbuk ketumbar

5 tangkai Daun Keseum

2 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N

 Bahan Rempah

5 biji Bawang Merah

2 ulas Bawang Putih

2 inci Lengkuas

1 inci Kunyit segar

1 inci Halia

8 biji Cili kering

1 sudu besar Belacan, dibakar

2 sudu besar Minyak masak

 Bahan Hiasan

500g Ayam, dipotong keping

300g Udang

8 keping Tauhu goreng

4 biji Telur, direbus dan potong setengah

150g Tauge, direbus

4 batang Kacang panjang, dipotong keping dan direbus

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kisar semua bahan rempah menjadi pes
  2. Tumis pes di dalam periuk dengan api sederhana. Masukkan Serbuk kari daging, serbuk ketumbar dan serai. Masak selama 3 minit
  3. Masukkan air dan ayam. Panaskan sehingga mendidih, dan biarkan ia reneh selama 20 minit. Masukkan udang dan tauhu, masak selama 5 minit.
  4. Tuangkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, dan didihkan. Setelah dididih,keluarkan dari api.
  5. Masukkan laksa kari dalam mangkuk, mulakan dengan mi kuning, ayam masak, udang, tauhu ,setengah biji telur, tauge dan kacang panjang
  6. Isikan kuah kari ke dalam mangkuk, dan hidangkan.
