185g Glutinous Rice
250ml Water
60g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
1 pcs Chicken thigh, cut strips
3 cloves Garlic, sliced
2 pcs Shitake mushroom, cut cube
15g Carrot, diced
10g Shrimp, soaked
6 pcs Dried oyster, soaked
15g Dried scallops, soaked
10g Dried lotus seed, soaked
20g Dried chest nut, soaked
1 tsp Sugar (seasoning)
1 tsp Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
1 tbsp Oyster sauce (seasoning)
3 tbsp Soy sauce (seasoning)
1 stalk Spring onion, chopped (garnish)
Prepartion
- Stir fry garlic, chicken, shitake mushroom, shrimp and carrot. Add in seasoning and continue to stir fried and add in all the dried ingredients. Once simmer turn off the heat.
- Mix glutinous rice, water and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer into a rice cooker. Put in all the cooked ingredient into the rice cooker. Cook for 10 mins and stirring once or twice then continue to cook until the glutinous rice is soft.
- Lastly, garnish with spring onion and ready to serve.

185g Beras pulut
250ml Air
60g Krimer Sejat CARNATION®
1 keping Paha ayam, potong keping
3 cengkih Bawang putih, dihiris
2 keping Cendawan shitake, potong dadu
15g Lobak merah, potong dadu
10g Udang kering, direndam
6 biji Tiram kering, direndam
15g Kerang kering, direndam
10g Biji teratai, direndam
20g Buah berangan kering, direndam
1 sudu kecil Gula (bahan perisa)
1 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam (bahan perisa)
1 sudu besar Sos tiram (bahan perisa)
3 sudu besar Sos kicap masin (bahan perisa)
1 batang Daun bawang, dicincang (bahan hiasan)
Langkah-langkah
- Tumiskan bawang putih, ayam, cendawan, udang dan lobak. Masukkan perisa dan bahan kering, teruskan tumis sehingga mendidih, matikan api.
- Campurkan beras pulut, air dan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® ke dalam periuk nasi. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk nasi. Masak selama 10 minit dan kacau sekali atau dua kali kemudian terus masak sehingga beras pulut jadi lembut.
- Terakhir, hiaskan dengan daun bawang dan hidangkan seketika.
