Ingredients
3 cloves Garlic,finely chopped
2 nos Shallots ,finely chopped
300g Chicken, small chunks
5 nos Shitake mushrooms, sliced
300g Yam, cubed
3 cups Rice
3 cups Water
3 cups CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
4 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce (bahan perasa)
3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (bahan perasa)
5 tbsp Light soy sauce (bahan perasa)
1 tbsp Oyster sauce (bahan perasa)
1 tbsp Sesame oil (bahan perasa)
1/2 tsp Salt & Sugar (bahan perasa)
1 tsp White pepper powder (bahan perasa)
Prepartion
- Sauté the shallots and garlic until aromatic. Add in chicken chunks and stir-fry until the meat turns golden brown.
- Add in yam cubes, mushrooms and all the seasonings then stir-fry for 5 min. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Transfer rice, water, CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the stir-fry mixture into the rice cooker. Mix well and cook for 20 min.
- Serve the yam rice with fried shallots and your favorite chili sauce.

300g Ayam,dipotong kecil
5 biji Cendawan shitake,dihiris
300g Keladi , dipotong kiub
3 cawan Beras
3 cawan Air
1 cawan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®
4 sudu besar Minyak
2 sudu besar Kicap pekat (bahan perasa)
3 sudu besar Kicap manis (bahan perasa)
5 sudu besar Kicap cair (bahan perasa)
1 sudu besar Sos tiram (bahan perasa)
1 sudu besar Minyak bijan (bahan perasa)
1/2 sudu kecil Garam & Gula (bahan perasa)
1 sudu kecil Lada putih (bahan perasa)
Langkah-langkah
- Tumiskan bawang putih dan bawang merah sehingga naik bau. Masukkan ketulan ayam dan goreng sehingga perang keemasan.
- Masukkan keladi, cendawan dan bahan-bahan perasa. Tumiskan selama 5 minit dan ketepikan.
- Campurkan beras, air, Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan bahan-bahan yang ditumis tadi di dalam periuk nasi. Gaul sebati dan masak selama 20 minit.
- Hidangkan nasi keladi dengan bawang goreng dan sos cili kegemaran anda.
