Ingredients

240g CARNATION© Evaporated Creamer

160ml  Water

50g Sugar

50g Corn starch

1 no Egg

Coating

50g Flour

1 no  Egg

30g Desiccated coconut

Methods

  1. Combine ingredient A in a pot, whisk until well mixed.
  2. Heat up over medium heat, keep stirring with a whisk until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour the thicken mixture into a square mold, let cool and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  4. Cut the set milk mixture into strips.
  5. Coat the strips with flour, followed by egg and desiccated coconut.
  6. Heat oil to 180°C, deep fry the coated milk strip until golden brown.
  7. Serve while it is hot.
