Ingredients
500g Purple sweet potato (slice)
500g White taro (slice)
Ad needed Brown sugar syrup (to drizzle)
Rice cake
400g Glutinous rice flour
200g Brown sugar
200ml Water
150g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Batter
60g All-purpose flour
60g Rice flour
180ml Water
1 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Salt
Methods
- To make rice cake, combine the ingredients, stir until lump free. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Cool the rice cake down and keep in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before cutting.
- Cut the chilled rice cake into slices. Sandwich each rice cake with a slice of purple sweet potato and taro.
- Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat each rice cake sandwich with the batter. Deep fry in 180°C preheated oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve.

- 混合制作年糕材料,拌匀至无颗粒状。上锅蒸15分钟。
- 待年糕凉透,放入冰箱冷藏至少4个小时方可切片。
- 将年糕切片,在紫薯和芋头之间夹入年糕,形成三明治状。
- 拌匀面糊材料至无颗粒状。
- 将每块年糕 三明治均匀裹上面糊,放入180度热油中炸至香脆金黄。
- 即可享用。
