Ingredients

500g Purple sweet potato (slice)

500g  White taro (slice)

Ad needed  Brown sugar syrup (to drizzle)

Rice cake

400g  Glutinous rice flour

200g Brown sugar

200ml Water

150g  CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Batter

60g All-purpose flour

60g  Rice flour

180ml Water

1 tsp Baking powder

¼ tsp Salt

Methods

  1. To make rice cake, combine the ingredients, stir until lump free. Steam for 15 minutes.
  2. Cool the rice cake down and keep in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before cutting.
  3. Cut the chilled rice cake into slices. Sandwich each rice cake with a slice of purple sweet potato and taro.
  4. Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Coat each rice cake sandwich with the batter. Deep fry in 180°C preheated oil until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve.

烹饪步骤

  1. 混合制作年糕材料,拌匀至无颗粒状。上锅蒸15分钟。
  2. 待年糕凉透,放入冰箱冷藏至少4个小时方可切片。
  3. 将年糕切片,在紫薯和芋头之间夹入年糕,形成三明治状。
  4. 拌匀面糊材料至无颗粒状。
  5. 将每块年糕 三明治均匀裹上面糊,放入180度热油中炸至香脆金黄。
