Ingredients

1 no Fuzzy melon

6 nos Shelled prawn

2 nos Eggs (egg mixture)

50g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (egg mixture) 

20g Mushroom, finely diced (egg mixture)

1/2 no Carrot, finely diced (egg mixture)

1 tsp Oyster sauce (egg mixture)

1 tsp Soy sauce (egg mixture)

1 tsp White pepper powder (egg mixture)

Prepartion

  1. Peel and slice the fuzzy melon into 4cm pieces or 6 equal parts.
  2. Core the inner part of each piece to form bowl. Soak in the salt water for 15 mins.
  3. Finely chopped half of the melon seeds and pulp. Combine with all the ingredients in egg mixture. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Steam the melon pieces for 5 mins. Pour the egg mixture into each piece and place the prawns on top of each piece.
  5. Steam again at high heat for 15 mins. Ready to serve.

Bahan-bahan

1 biji Petola

6 ekor Udang, buang kulit

2 biji Telur (adunan telur)

50g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (adunan telur)

20g Cendawan, dicincang (adunan telur)

1/2 batang Lobak merah, dicincang (adunan telur)

1 sudu kecil Sos tiram (adunan telur)

1 sudu kecil Kicap (adunan telur)

1 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih (adunan telur)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Buangkan kulit petola dan potong ke 4cm bahagian atau 6 bahagian yang sama.
  2. Cedokkan isi tengah petola untuk menjadi mangkuk. Rendamkan di dalam air garam selama 15 minit.
  3. Cincangkan separuh isi yang dicedok keluar. Campur dengan bahan-bahan adunan telur. Gaul sebati dan ketepikan.
  4. Kukuskan petola selama 5 minit. Tuangkan adunan telur ke dalam petola dan letakkan udang di atasnya.
  5. Kukuskan lagi atas api besar selama 15 minit. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
