100g Peanuts, blend coarsely

2 pcs Kaffir lime leaves

500ml Water

1 can F&N Evaporated Creamer

120g Gula Melaka

2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce

1 tsp Asam paste

4 tbsp Oil

4 pcs Red chili (spices)

6 cloves Garlic (spices)

1/4 tsp Shrimp paste,toasted (spices)

100g Tempeh, sliced and fried (condiment)

2 pcs Hard Tofu, fried and cut into cube (condiment)

100g Kangkung, blanched (condiment)

30g Tauge, blanched (condiment)

1/2 pc Cabbage, balanced (condiment)

1/2 pc Cucumber, cut cube (condiment)

200g Nasi impit, cut cubed (condiment)

as needed Prawn cracker (condiment)

Preparation

  1. Blend the spices, heat the oil in a medium pot. Sauté the spices until fragrant.
  2. Add in peanuts and kaffir lime leaves. Give it a quick sauté.
  3. Then add in water, F&N Evaporated Creamer, gula melaka, kicap manis, asam paste and salt. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 30 mins.
  4. Remove from heat, set it aside.
  5. Evenly distributes the condiments into plates, drizzle generously the sauce onto the condiments. Lastly, garnish a handful of prawn cracker.

Bahan-bahan

100g Kacang tanah, hancur kasar

2 keping Daun limau purut

500ml Air

1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N

120g Gula melaka

2 sudu besar Kicap manis

1 sudu kecil Pes asam

2 sudu kecil Garam

4 sudu besar Minyak masak

6 ulas Bawang putih (rempah)

1/4 sudu kecil Belacan, dibakar (rempah)

100g Tempeh, potong keping dan goreng (ulam-ulam)

2 keping Tau kwa, goreng dan dipotong kub (ulam-ulam)

100g Kangkung, rebus (ulam-ulam)

30g Tauge, direbus (ulam-ulam)

1/2 biji Kubis, direbus (ulam-ulam)

1/2 batang Timun, dipotong kub (ulam-ulam)

200g Nasi impit, dipotong kub (ulam-ulam)

Secukupnya Keropok udang (ulam-ulam)

4 keping Cili merah (rempah)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kisarkan semua rempah, panaskan periuk degan minyak. Tumiskan rempah sehingga wangi
  2. Masukkan kacang dan daun limau purut. Kacau.
  3. Masukkan air, Krimer Sejat F&N, gula melaka, kicap manis, pes asam dan garam. biarkan mendidih selama 30 minit
  4. Keluarkan dari api, dan ketepikan
  5. Susunkan ulam-ulam di pinggan, tuangkan sos secukupnya di atas ulam-ulam. Akhirnya, hidangkan dengan keropok udang
