450gWhite chocolate compound
100g Brown sugar
170g Molasses
125g IDEAL® Evaporated Full Cream Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
½ tsp Allspice powder
½ tsp Nutmeg powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
As needed Confetti sprinkle
Methods
- Line a baking tray.
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan, except for confetti sprinkle.
- Heat over low heat. When it comes to bubbling, keep stirring over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to baking tray.
- Sprinkle the confetti on top, let cool and keep in fridge to set.
- Cut into pieces to serve.
