450gWhite chocolate compound

100g Brown sugar

170g  Molasses

125g  IDEAL® Evaporated Full Cream Milk

1 tsp   Cinnamon powder

½ tsp  Allspice powder

½ tsp  Nutmeg powder

1 tsp  Vanilla extract

As needed  Confetti sprinkle


  1. Line a baking tray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a pan, except for confetti sprinkle.
  3. Heat over low heat. When it comes to bubbling, keep stirring over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle the confetti on top, let cool and keep in fridge to set.
  6. Cut into pieces to serve.
