Ingredients

  • For Chicken:
  • 3 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2-inch-diced
  • For Salad:
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 3 medium celery stalks, diced
  • 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • For Dressing:
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Magnolia 100% Fresh Milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and almonds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss dressing through the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Stir in fresh dill before serving.
