Ingredients

1 kg Flower Crab

3 stalks Lemongrass, pounded

2 pcs Asam keping

4 tbsp Cooking Oil

200ml Water

To taste Salt

2 tbsp Sugar

200g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

 Blend

200g Red Onion

5 cloves Garlic

2 pcs Dried chili, soaked

10g Belacan

20g Fresh Turmeric

10g Galangal

3 pcs Red Chili

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute blended ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add in flower crab and continue to cook, make sure the crabs are fully coated with the blended paste.
  3. Add in water, bring to boil.
  4. Lower the heat and cover with a lid until the crabs are cooked.
  5. Stir in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, bring to boil.
  6. Season with salt and sugar.
  7. Turn off the heat and serve!

Bahan-bahan

4 sudu besar Minyak

1 kg Ketam Bunga

2 keping Asam Keping

3 tangkai Serai

200ml Air

Cukup rasa Garam

2 sudu besar Gula

200g Susu Sejat Isian F&N

 Dikisar

2 biji Bawang Merah Besar

5 ulas Bawang Putih

2 batang Cili Kering (direndam)

3 batang Cili Merah

20g Kunyit Segar

20g Lengkuas

20g Belacan

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis bahan-bahan kisar sehingga naik wangi.
  2. Masukkan ketam bunga dan gaul sekata dengan bahan kisar yang ditumis.
  3. Masukkan serai, asam keping dan air. Didihkan. Tambah garam dan gula.
  4. Rendahkan api dan reneh sehingga ketam betul-betul masak.
  5. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan tunggu sehingga mendidih.
  6. Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidang!
