Ingredients

150g pucuk paku ( tender shoots only)

200g prawns, shelled

20 nos petai

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp ikan bilis seasoning

3 tbsp lime juice

200ml F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

10 nos 10 dried chilies, soaked till soft (Ground ingredients )

10 nos Shallots (Ground ingredients )

1/2 tumbsize turmeric (Ground ingredients )

1/2 tumbsize shrimp paste (Ground ingredients )

Prepartion

  1. Saute ground ingredients with 3 tbsp oil until fragrant, then add in prawns and stir fry till prawns is cooked.
  2. Add in water and evaporated milk. Once it starts to simmer put in petai, and pucuk paku. Cook until pucuk paku is tender, add in seasoning and turn off fire.

Bahan-bahan

150g pucuk paku (hanya pucuk lembut)

200g udang, dikupas

20 biji petai

1 sudu kecil garam

1 sudu kecil gula

1 sudu besar perasa ikan bilis

3 sudu besar jus limau

200ml Susu Isian Sejat F&N

100ml Air

10 batang cili kering, direndam hingga lembut (dikisarkan)

10 biji Bawang merah (dikisarkan)

1/2 tumbukan Kunyit (dikisarkan)

1/2 tumbukan Udang (dikisarkan)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumiskan bahan kisar dengan 3 sudu besar minyak hingga wangi, kemudian masukkan udang dan tumis hingga udang masak.
  2. Masukkan air dan susu sejat. Setelah mula reneh masukkan petai, dan pucuk paku. Masak hingga pucuk paku lembut, masukkan perasa dan matikan api.
