Ingredients
1 kampung chicken
100ml cooking oil
5 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
250ml water
½ can F&N Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp tamarind peels
10 dried chillies
As needed salt to taste
Methods
- Cut and clean chicken. Cook with F&N Evaporated Milk, tamarind peels and water until gravy is thick and dry.
- In another wok, heat oil and sauté ground ingredients until fragrant and oil separates.
- Add in chilli and tomato sauces and mix well. Then add in chicken and mix until chicken is evenly coated. Bring to a boil. Add salt.
- When chicken is cooked, dish out and serve.
