Hot & Spicy Kampung Chicken

1  kampung chicken

100ml  cooking oil

5 tsp  chilli sauce

2 tsp  tomato sauce

250ml  water

½ can  F&N Evaporated Milk

1 tbsp  tamarind peels

10  dried chillies

As needed  salt to taste


  1. Cut and clean chicken. Cook with F&N Evaporated Milk, tamarind peels and water until gravy is thick and dry.
  2. In another wok, heat oil and sauté ground ingredients until fragrant and oil separates.
  3. Add in chilli and tomato sauces and mix well. Then add in chicken and mix until chicken is evenly coated. Bring to a boil. Add salt.
  4. When chicken is cooked, dish out and serve.
