Ingredients
4 pcs Mackerel cutlets, 150g
4 pcs Long bean, rough cut
2 pcs Dry tamarind slice
1 tsp Salt
600 ml Water
½ can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
Spice
3 pcs Red Chili
2 pcs Bird eye chili
1 inch Ginger
1 inch Fresh turmeric
5 pcs Shallots
2 cloves Garlic
Preparation
- Blend the spice into paste.
- Cook the paste in a pot with medium fire until simmering, add in mackerel, tamarind, salt, and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in long bean and leave to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and bring it to a boil. Dish out.

4 keping Kepingan ikan tenggiri
4 batang Kacang panjang, potong kecil
2 keping Asam keping
1 sudu kecil Garam
600 ml Air
½ tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
Rempah
3 batang Cili merah
2 biji Cili padi
1 inci Halia
1 inci Kunyit segar
5 biji Bawang kecil
2 ulas Bawang putih
Langkah-langkah
- Kisarkan semua bahan rempah menjadi pes.
- Panaskan kuali atas api sederhana, masukkan pes sehingga mendidih,. Masukkan ikan tenggiri, asam keping, garam, dan air. Masak selama 5 minit.
- Masukkan kacang panjang, biarkan masak selamama 5 minit.
- Akhirnya, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan matikan api. Sedia untuk dihidang.
