Gula Melaka Milk
800ml Water
2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
400ml Gula melaka syrup
a/n Ice cubes
Coffee jelly
1liter Water
30gm Instant coffee powder
2 tbsp F&N Calcium Sweetened Creamer
250gm Sugar
10gm Agar-agar powder
Methods
- 1. For the jelly, add all the coffee jelly ingredients in a pot, stir and bring it to a boil. Pour the coffee jelly mix into a 9x5 inch container, chill it for at least 5 hours.
- Blend all the percik sauce ingredients except cooking oil, salt, asam keping and palm sugar into paste. Cook the blended paste with oil in a pot until splits from oil and add salt, asam keping and palm sugar. Stir until well mix.
- For the milk, combine all the gula Melaka milk ingredients in a jug.
- Cut the coffee jelly into cubes, add 3 tablespoons of jelly into glass. Pour the gula Melaka milk into the glass until full. Serve immediately.

Jelly kopi
1liter Air
30gm Serbuk kopi segera
2 tbsp Krimer Manis Kalsium F&N
250gm Gula
10gm Serbuk agar-agar
Methods
- Untuk jeli, masukkan semua bahan jeli kopi ke dalam periuk, kacau dan biarkan mendidih. Tuang adunan jeli kopi ke dalam bekas 9x5 inci, sejukkan sekurang-kurangnya 5 jam.
- Untuk susu, satukan semua bahan susu gula melaka di dalam satu jag.
- Masukkan ayam yang telah diperap ke dalam sos percik dan masak selama 30 minit. Tambahkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, lalu masak selama 10 minit. Ketepikan sos.
- Potong jeli kopi menjadi kiub, tambah 3 sudu jeli ke dalam gelas. Tuangkan susu gula melaka ke dalam gelas sehingga penuh. Hidangkan segera.
