10g Agar-agar powder (crystal jelly)

800ml Water (crystal jelly)

120g Sugar (crystal jelly)

2 drops Blue, red and green coloring (crystal jelly)

2 tsp Pineapple, strawberry and apple flavoring(crystal jelly)

10g Agar-agar powder (milk jelly)

600ml Water (milk jelly)

50g Sugar (milk jelly)

200g Ideal Full Cream Evaporated Milk (milk jelly)

150g F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer (milk jelly)

2 tsp Lychee flavoring (milk jelly)

Preparation

  1. To make jewel jelly, bring water to boil in a pot. Combine agar-agar powder and sugar then slowly add into the boiling water while stirring.
  2. Divide mixture into 3 equal portions and add in blue, red and green coloring into each mixture.
  3. Then add in pineapple flavoring for blue mixture, strawberry flavoring for red mixture and apple flavoring for green mixture.
  4. Let it cool completely before chilling. Cut the crystal jelly into small cubes and gently mix all the colored jelly together in an 8 inches mold. Set aside in the chiller.
  5. Add in F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer and lychee flavoring. Stir well.
  6. Let it cool slightly then pour the milk mixture into the 8 inches mold until the colored jelly is well combined.
  7. Set in room temperature before chilling. Chill for at least 3 hours in the chiller before serving.

10g Serbuk agar-agar ( jeli kristal)

800ml Air ( jeli kristal)

120g Gula pasir ( jeli kristal)

2 titik Pewarna biru,merah adn hijau ( jeli kristal)

2 sudu kecil Perisa nenas, strawberi dan epal ( jeli kristal)

10g Serbuk agar-agar ( susu jeli)

600ml Air ( susu jeli)

50g Gula pasir ( susu jeli)

200g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® ( susu jeli)

150g Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N ( susu jeli)

2 tsp Perisa laici ( susu jeli)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Untuk penyediaan jeli kristal, bubur air dalam periuk. Masukkan serbuk agar-agar serta gula dan masak sehingga larut.
  2. Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bahagian. Setiap bahagian dimasukkan pewarna biru, merah dan hijau masing-masing.
  3. Masukkan perisa nenas ke dalam adunan biru, perisa strawberi untuk merah adunan dan epal untuk adunan hijau.
  4. Biarkan sederhana beku. Potong agar-agar dalam ketulan dan setkan ketulan agar-agar dalam loyang bersaiz 8”.
  5. Untuk penyediaan susu jeli, masak Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® dalam air. Tuangkan gula dan serbuk agar-agar dan kacau sebati.
  6. Masukkan Krimer Manis Bervitamin F&N dan perisa laici. Kacau lagi.
  7. Biarkan sejuk seketika lalu tuangkan adunan susu ke dalam loyang tadi.
  8. Ketepikan sebelum simpan dalam peti sejuk untuk didingin selama 3 jam.
