650g Butter
520g Malt drink powder
315g Plain flour
388g CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer
390g Coconut jam (Kaya)
100g Sugar
10nos Eggs
3 tsp Green coloring
Preparation
- Lightly grease two pieces of 7 inches square baking trays. Line a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of each baking tray.
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, coconut jam, green colouring and eggs. Beat until well combined. Sift in the plain flour and malt drink powder to the batter, mix until well combined.
- Divide the batter into 2 equal portions. Transfer the batter into the baking trays.
- Steam for 90 minutes until a skewer insert in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cut and serve.

Langkah-langkah
- Sapukan minyak pada dua segiempat dulang bersaiz 7inci. Lapikkan kertas minyak dalam dulang.
- Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga gebu.
- Tambahkan Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®, kaya, pewarna hijau dan telur. Pukul sebati. Tepung gandum dan serbuk malt asli diayakkan ke dalam adunan, gaul sebati.
- Bahagikan adunan kepada dua bahagian. Masukkan adunan ke dalam dulang masing-masing.
- Kukus selama 90 minit. Masukkan lidi untuk menentukan kek sudah masak.
- Sejukkan kek dan sedia dinikmati.
