Ingredients
450ml Coconut milk
1 bottle (445ml) Magnolia Sterilized Low Fat Hi Cal Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
100g Basmati rice
40g Raisin
½ tsp Cardamom powder
½ tsp Rose water
20g Sliced almonds, toasted
25g Pistachio , chopped
Methods
- In a large saucepan, bring coconut milk, Magnolia Sterilized Low Fat Hi Cal Milk and sugar to boil.
- Add in rice, and simmer over low heat until the mixture thicken and the rice is tender.
- Stir in raisins, cardamom and rose water, cook for few more minutes.
- Lastly, garnish with some almond slices and chopped pistachio.

450ml Santan
1 botol (445ml) Susu Rendah Lemak Kalsium Tinggi Magnolia
3 sudu besar Gula
100g Beras basmati
300g Kismis
½ sudu kecil Serbuk bush pelaga
½ sudu kecil Air ros
20g Badam, dihiris dan ditoskan
25g Pistachio, dicincang
Cara-cara
- Dalam periuk besar, bawa santan, Susu Rendah Lemak Kalsium Tinggi Magnolia dan gula hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan beras, dan didihkan dengan api kecil hingga adunan pekat dan nasi lembut.
- Kacau kismis, serbuk buah pelaga dan air ros, masak selama beberapa minit lagi.
- Akhir sekali, hiaskan dengan beberapa kepingan badam dan pistachio cincang.
