Ingredients

450ml  Coconut milk

1 bottle (445ml)  Magnolia Sterilized Low Fat Hi Cal Milk

3 tbsp  Sugar

100g  Basmati rice

40g  Raisin

½ tsp  Cardamom powder

½ tsp  Rose water

20g  Sliced almonds, toasted

25g  Pistachio , chopped

Methods

  1. In a large saucepan, bring coconut milk, Magnolia Sterilized Low Fat Hi Cal Milk and sugar to boil.
  2. Add in rice, and simmer over low heat until the mixture thicken and the rice is tender.
  3. Stir in raisins, cardamom and rose water, cook for few more minutes.
  4. Lastly, garnish with some almond slices and chopped pistachio.

Bahan-bahan

450ml  Santan

1 botol (445ml)  Susu Rendah Lemak Kalsium Tinggi Magnolia

3 sudu besar  Gula

100g  Beras basmati

300g  Kismis

½ sudu kecil  Serbuk bush pelaga

½ sudu kecil  Air ros

20g  Badam, dihiris dan ditoskan

25g  Pistachio, dicincang

Cara-cara

  1. Dalam periuk besar, bawa santan, Susu Rendah Lemak Kalsium Tinggi Magnolia dan gula hingga mendidih.
  2. Masukkan beras, dan didihkan dengan api kecil hingga adunan pekat dan nasi lembut.
  3. Kacau kismis, serbuk buah pelaga dan air ros, masak selama beberapa minit lagi.
  4. Akhir sekali, hiaskan dengan beberapa kepingan badam dan pistachio cincang.
