Ingredients

  • ½ cup instant oats
  • ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk with oats & quinoa soymilk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp kinako powder
  • ½ banana (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp pistachio spread
  • topped with banana, pistachio spread, granola, kinako powder

 

Instructions

  1. Add the oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, kinako powder, mashed banana, and pistachio spread into a mason jar.
  2. Mix everything well until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with sliced banana, a little pistachio spread, granola, and a sprinkle of kinako powder. Enjoy!
