125g All-purpose flour
4 nos Egg
250g Carnation© Evaporated Creamer
3 tbsp Cap Junjung® SWEETENED CREAMER
140g Castor sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
50g Cream cheese
50g Butter
Prepartion
- Melt the butter and cream cheese using a double boiler. Set aside and to let it cool.
- After the mixture is cooled down, mix in all remaining ingredients into a blender to mix well.
- Transfer the batter into a greased 7’ inch baking pan.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 50 minutes until brown.

- Cairkan mentega dan krim keju dengan kaedah double boiler. Sejukkan seketika.
- Selepas bahan disejukkan, campurkan semua bahan yang lain ke dalam pengisar. Kisar sehingga semua bahan sebati
- Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang yang bersaiz 7”inci yang telah digriskan untuk elakkan melekat.
- Bakar dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 160℃ selama 50 minit sehingga keperangan.
