250g Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Olive oil
½ no Onion (chopped)
½ no Carrot (diced)
500g Minced beef
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
100g Tomato paste
1 can (430g)Tomato puree
½ tsp Dried oregano
½ tsp Dried thyme
To taste Salt
To taste Black pepper
1 can (390g) Parmesan cheese

- Heat olive oil in a pan, saute onion and garlic to fragrant, add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper, set aside
- Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour and cook for a while.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, simmer to thicken. Set aside.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce followed by bechamel sauce, mozzarella cheese the lasagna sheet.
- Repeat step 1 up to 5 layers.
- Spread one more layer of bechamel on top, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes.
