200g Rice
4 pcs Pandan Leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
100g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
280 Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 inch Ginger
1 no Shallots, Sliced.
3 sticks Lemongrass
1 no Eggs (for omelette)
30ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (for omelette)
pinch Salt (for omelette)
pinch Pepper (for omelette)
10ml Vegetable Oil (for omelette)
1/6 pc Onion (for omelette)
1/2 pc Red Chili (for omelette)
1 tbsp Sambal Bawang (condiments)
1 tsp Roasted Peanuts & Ikan Bilis (condiments)
2 slices Cucumber (condiments)
Preparation
- For Lemongrass Nasi Lemak, place all ingredients in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer instructions. Turn off heat, once the rice is cook, fluff up the rice with a fork and cover for 10 minutes.
- For omelette, pre-mix eggs, salt, pepper and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer into a bowl.
- Heat pan with 10ml oil on medium heat then pour in omelette batter, place chopped fillings on half of the omelette
- Flip omelette to fold into half. Then, divide into 3 portions for 3 serving.
- Serve Lemongrass Nasi Lemak with omelette and condiments.

200g Beras
4 keping Daun Pandan
1/2 sudu kecil Garam
100g Krimer Sejat CARNATION®
280g Air
2 tbsp Minyak masak
1 inci Halia
1 biji Bawang kecil, dihiris
3 batang Serai
1 biji Telur ( untuk telur dadar)
30g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® ( untuk telur dadar)
secubit Garam (untuk telur dadar)
secubit Serbuk lada hitam (untuk telur dadar)
10ml Minyak masak (untuk telur dadar)
1/6 biji Bawang besar (untuk telur dadar)
1/2 batang Cili merah (untuk telur dadar)
1 sudu besar Sambal bawang (perasa)
1 sudu kecil Kacang & ikan bilis (perasa)
2 keping Timun (perasa)
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk Nasi lemak Serai, masukkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk nasi dan masak mengikut arahan. Matikan api, setelah nasi masak, kacaukan nasi dengan garpu dan tutup biarkan selama 10 minit.
- Untuk telur dadar, campurkan telur, garam, lada dan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® ke dalam satu mangkuk.
- Panaskan kuali 10ml minyak dengan api sederhana,kemudian tuangkan adunan telur dadar, letakkan isi cincang pada di tengah omelet
- Lipat separuh omelet. Kemudian, Potong kepada 3 bahagian untuk 3 hidangan.
- Hidangkan Nasi Lemak Serai dengan telur dadar dan perasa.
