400g Premix flour (A)

245g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (A)

3 nos Eggs (A)

70g Vegetable oil (A)

80g Water (A)

1 tsp Vanilla essence (A)

As needed Lemon zest (A)

180g Butter, soften (icing)

500g Icing sugar (icing)

120g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (icing)

1.5 tsp Vanilla essence (icing)

As needed Strawberry, cubed (icing)

Prepartion

  1. Combine ingredients A and mix well. Fill up the cupcake liners with batter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180˚C and bake for 20 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of cupcake. If toothpick comes out clean, the cupcake is done. Allow the cupcakes to cool for a while.
  3. To prepare the icing, beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Mix in IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and vanilla essence until well combined.
  4. Pipe the icing on the cupcakes and decorate with strawberry.

3 biji Telur besar (A)

70g Minyak sayuran (A)

80g Air (A)

1 sudu kecil Esen vanila (A)

Secukupnya Parutan kulit lemon (A)

180g Mentega , dilembutkan (aising)

500g Gula aising (aising)

120g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® (aising)

1.5 sudu kecil Esen vanillla (aising)

Secukupnya Strawberi, dipotong dadu (aising)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Campurkankan bahan-bahan A dan pukul sehingga adunan membentuk. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam kek cawan yang disediakan.
  2. Panaskan ketuhar kepada 180˚C dan bakar selama 20 minit. Pencungkil gigi dimasukkan di tengah keluar bersih. Biarkan ia sejuk seketika.
  3. Untuk menyediakan aising, pukul mentega dan gula aising sehingga berkrim . Tambah Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® dan esen vanila sehingga digabungkan.
  4. Paipkan krim di atas kek cawan dan hiaskan dengan strawberi segar.
