1 whole Chicken, whole
2 tsp Salt
3L Water
6 pcs Shiitake mushroom
2 tbsp Cordyceps mushroom
4 sticks Astragalus slices
5 pcs Codonopsis radix
5 sticks Chinese yam
3 tbsp Solomon seal rhizome
10 pcs Red dates
3 tsp Salt
1 can Brine canned abalone
100g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
2 tbsp Goji berry
10 pcs Dried longan
Prepartion
- Clean the chicken cavity, removed the heads and chicken feet. Rub the chicken with salt and set aside for 5 minutes. Rinse the chicken with water.
- Prepare a large pot, pour in 3L of water and put in the chicken. Bring it to a boil. Remove any residues from the surface. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except abalone and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer. Bring to a boil and let it simmer in low fire for 45 minutes.
- Add in abalone and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, and bring it to a boil, and dish out.
- Abalone chicken soup is ready to be served.

Langkah-langkah
