120g Self rising flour

200g Caster sugar

3 tbsp Cocoa powder

3 tbsp Butter

180g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

3 nos Eggs

as needed Lemon zest

Prepartion

  1. Mix all ingredients with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a mixer and whisk on the medium speed until the batter is smooth.
  2. Pour the finished batter to fill only half the mug.
  3. Cook in microwave on high power for 6 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the mug cake. If toothpick comes out clean, the mug cake is done and ready to serve.

  1. Masukkan semua bahan bersama Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® ke dalam mixer besar. Pukul adunan pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga sebati .
  2. Tuangkan adunan sehingga memenuhi separuh cawan.
  3. Bakar dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro pada suhu tinggi selama 6 minit .
  4. Gunakan pencungkil gigi untuk memastikan kek tersebut kering di dalam dan sedia untuk dihidang.
