120g Self rising flour
200g Caster sugar
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
3 tbsp Butter
180g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
3 nos Eggs
as needed Lemon zest
Prepartion
- Mix all ingredients with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a mixer and whisk on the medium speed until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the finished batter to fill only half the mug.
- Cook in microwave on high power for 6 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the mug cake. If toothpick comes out clean, the mug cake is done and ready to serve.

Langkah-langkah
- Masukkan semua bahan bersama Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® ke dalam mixer besar. Pukul adunan pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga sebati .
- Tuangkan adunan sehingga memenuhi separuh cawan.
- Bakar dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro pada suhu tinggi selama 6 minit .
- Gunakan pencungkil gigi untuk memastikan kek tersebut kering di dalam dan sedia untuk dihidang.
