250ml Water
250g F&N Evaporated Creamer
4tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Instant yeast
400g Flour
2nos Eggs
1/4tsp Soda bicarbonate
1/4tsp Salt
Fillings
1tbsp/pcs Margarine
2tbsp/pcs Grated cheddar cheese
2tbsp/pcs Chocolate rice
2tbsp/pcs F&N Sweetened Creamer
Preparation
- Mix water, F&N Evaporated Creamer, sugar and instant yeast. Stir and set aside for 10 mins.
- Add flour, soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Then mix in the yeast mixture and egg. Start stirring until it is free of lump and form a thick batter. Set aside to proof for 45 mins, until it is double in side.
- Heat an 8” non-stick frying pan with low heat, coat the entire pan with the batter. Cover and cook with a lid on, until there’s no visible liquid batter.
- Unmould it, and spread the entire martabak with margarine, follow by F&N Sweetened Creamer, and finally sprinkle cheese and chocolate.
- Fold in half then cut it into pieces.

4sudu besar Gula Pasir
1/2sudu kecil Yis segera
400g Tepung gandum
2biji Telur
1/4sudu kecil Soda bikarbonat
1/4sudu kecil Garam

1sudu besar/keping Marjerin
2sudu besar/keping Keju parut
2sudu besar/keping Beras coklat
2sudu besar/keping Krimer manis bervitamin F&N
Langkah-langkah
- Campurkan air, Krimer Sejat F&N, gula pasir dan yis segara. Kacau dan ketepikan selama 10 minit.
- Tambahkan tepung gandum, soda dan garam ke mangkuk. Masukkan campuran yis dan telur. Kacau sehingga sebati. Biarkan selama 45 minit sehinga saiz mejadi dua kali ganda
- Panaskan kuali 8” dengan api kecil, kotkan seluruh kuali dengan adunan. Tutup dan masak sehingga aduana jadi kering.
- Keluarkan martabak, sapukan ia dengan marjerin,F&N Krimer Manis , dan taburkan keju dan chocolate.
- Lipatkan martabak dan potong kepada kepingan
