Ingredients

45gm / 3 tbsp  Cooking oil

Add all  Spice paste (refer below)

400gm   Daging salai

1 tin F&N Evaporated Filled Milk

200ml Water

18gm / 3 tsp  Turmeric leaf, thinly slice

2gm / 1 nos  Asam keping

3 nos  Green bird eye chili

6gm / 1 tsp  Chicken stock powder

Spice paste

50gm / 6 inch Fresh turmeric, blend

7gm / 1 inch  Ginger

2 nos Bird eye chili, blend

6 nos Red chili, blend

200gm / 4 nos Red onion, blend

12gm / 2 tsp Garlic, blend

80gm / 10 nos Lemongrass, blend

100ml Water, for blend

Methods

  1. Blend all the spices into a paste.
  2. Heat a pot with cooking oil and sauté the spice until fragrant. Add in the daging salai and sauté until cooked.
  3. Add in water, bird eye chili, and asam keping. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, turmeric leaf, and seasoning. Bring it to a simmer.
  5. Serve immediately.

1 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N

200ml Air

18gm / 3 sudu lecil  Daun kunyit, hiris halus

2gm / 1 keping  Asam keping

3 batang  Cili padi, hijau

6gm / 1 sudu kecil  Serbuk pati ayam

Pes rempah

50gm / 6 inch Kunyit hidup

7gm / 1 inch  Ginger

2 batang Cili padi

6 batang Cili merah

200gm / 4 biji Bawang merah

12gm / 2 ulas Bawang putih

80gm / 10 batang Serai

100ml Air

Cara Memasak

  1. Kisar semua pes rempah menjadi pes.
  2. Panaskan periuk dengan minyak masak dan tumis bahan pes hingga naik bau.
    Masukkan daging salai dan tumis hingga masak.
  3. Masukkan air, cili papi, dan asam keping. Biarkan ia mendidih selama 15 minit.
  4. Masukkan Susu Isian sejat F&N, daun kunyit dan perasa. Biarkan ia mendidih.
  5. Hidangkan segera.
