Ingredients
45gm / 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
Add all Spice paste (refer below)
250gm Salted Fish, soaked
150gm Fresh pineapple, cubed
1 tin F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
150ml Water
2gm / 1 nos Asam keping
6gm / 1 tsp Sugar
6gm / 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
Spice paste
25gm / 3 inches Fresh turmeric, blend
1 nos Red chili, blend
75gm / 2 nos Red onion, blend
6gm / 1 nos Garlic, blend
40gm / 5 nos Lemongrass, blend
2 nos Green bird eye chili, blend
50ml Water, for blend
Methods
- Blend all the spices into a paste.
- Add water and blended spices in a pot, bring it to a boil. Add in the salted fish, asam keping, and pineapple. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and seasoning. Once boil, remove from heat.
- Serve immediately.

150gm Nanas, potong dadu
1 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
150ml Air
2gm / 1 keping Asam keping
6gm / 1 sudu kecil Gula
6gm / 1 sude kecil Serbuk pati ayam
Pes rempah
25gm / 3 inci Kunyit hidup
1 batang Cili merah
75gm / 2 biji Bawang merah
6gm / 1 biji Bawang putih
40gm / 5 batang Serai
2 batang Cili padi hijau
50ml Air
Cara memasak
- Kisar semua bahan pes rempah menjadi pes.
- Panaskan periuk bersama air dan masukkan pes hingga mendidih. Masukkan ikan masin, asam keping, dan nanas, dan biarkan mendidih selama 5 minit.
- Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan bahan perasa. Biarkan ia mendidih.
- Hidangkan segera.
