Ingredients

500g Prawn

½ pcs Pineapple, sliced into pieces

2 tbsp Cooking oil

600ml Water

1 stalk Lemongrass, smashed

1 pc Turmeric leaf

1 tsp Chicken stock seasoning

½ tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk 

 Spices

1 pc Red Chili

2 pcs Bird eye chili

3 cloves Garlic

1 inch Fresh turmeric

Preparation

  1. Blend the spice into paste.
  2. Sauté the spice with cooking oil for 2 minutes. Add in water, lemongrass, turmeric leaf and leave to a boil.
  3. Add in pineapple, chicken stock seasoning, salt, sugar and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in prawns and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and bring it to a boil. Dish out

Bahan-bahan

500g Udang

½ pcs Nanas, dipotong keping

2 sudu besar Minyak masak

600ml Air

1 batang Serai, dihancur

1 helai Daun kuyit

1 sudu kecil Perasa stok ayam

½ sudu kecil Garam

1 sudu kecil Gula

½ tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N

 Rempah

1 batang Cili merah

2 biji Cili padi

3 ulas Bawang putih

1 inci Kunyit segar

Langkah-langkah

  1. Kisar bahan rempah menjadi pes.
  2. Tumiskan rempah dengan minyak masak selama 2 minit. Masukkan air, serai, daun kunyit dan biarkan mendidih.
  3. Masukkan nanas, perasa stok ayam, garam, gula dan biarkan mendidih selama 5 minit.
  4. Masukkan udang dan biarkan masak selama 5 minit.
  5. Akhirnya, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan matikan api. Sedia untuk dihidang.
