Ingredients
65g Ghee
250ml Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk
375g Milk Powder
150g Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Almonds
Methods
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add in Magnolia Sterilized Full Cream Milk and bring to boil over low heat . Keep stirring to avoid from burning.
- Once the milk start bubbling, add the milk powder by 3 times and whisk until no lumps. Continue stirring over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add in sugar and mix well. Continuously stirring until the mixture forms like a dough and ghee starts separating from the pan.
- Add cardamom powder, mix and remove from heat.
- Transfer the dough to a greased pan, smooth the surface.
- Garnish with nuts and let set for 2 hours. Once it sets cut into desired shape.

Bahan-bahan
65g Ghee
250ml Susu Penuh Krim Magnolia
375g Tepung susu
150g Gula
½ sudu kecil Serbuk buah pelaga
2 sudu besar Badam, dicincang
Cara-cara
- Panaskan ghee dalam kuali. Masukkan Susu Penuh Krim Magnolia dan didihkan dengan api kecil. Terus kacau agar tidak terbakar.
- Setelah susu mula menggelegak, masukkan tepung susu sebanyak 3 kali dan pukul sehingga tiada ketulan. Terus kacau dengan api kecil selama 2 hingga 3 minit.
- Masukkan gula dan gaul rata. Kacau terus sehingga campuran membentuk seperti adunan dan ghee mula berpisah dari kuali.
- Masukkan serbuk buah pelaga, gaul dan angkat dari api.
- Pindahkan adunan ke loyang yang sudah berminyak, ratakan permukaannya.
- Hiaskan dengan kacang dan biarkan selama 2 jam. Setelah ditetapkan potong menjadi bentuk yang diingini.
