3tbsp Sugar

 

Ingredients for Pudding

8 pcs Gardenia White Bread, Shredded

1/2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

390ml Magnolia Fresh Milk

200ml Warm Water

1tsp Vanilla Essence

3 nos Grade A Eggs

 

Methods

Ways to make caramel:

  1. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar sprinkled into a 7" x 7" baking dish and placed over low heat.
  2. Leave until the sugar is melted and browned and smoothed. Set the baking sheet aside.

Pudding cooking method:

  1. Preheat the steamer.
  2. Add Magnolia Fresh Milk, sweetened condensed milk, warm water and bread to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla essence to the grinding ingredients. Stir in an instant.
  4. Strain the ground ingredients into the caramel pan.
  5. Steam the pudding for 45 minutes until cooked over medium heat. Line the steamer lid with a cloth or towel so that water doesn't drip onto the pudding.
  6. Refrigerate the pudding first, just flip and ready to serve.

1/2 tin Susu Pekat Manis

390ml Susu Segar Magnolia

200ml Air Suam

1 sudu kecil Esen Vanila

3 biji Telur Gred A

 

Langkah-langkah

Cara-cara membuat karamel:

  1. Taburkan gula pasir ke dalam loyang bersaiz 7" x 7" dan diletakkan di atas api perlahan.
  2. Biarkan sehingga gula cair dan keperangan. Ketepikan loyang.

Cara-cara membuat puding:

  1. Panaskan pengukus.
  2. Masukkan Susu Segar Magnolia, susu pekat manis, air suam dan roti ke dalam pengisar. Kisar sehingga sebati.
  3. Masukkan telur dan esen vanila ke dalam bahan kisar. Kacau seketika.
  4. Tapis bahan kisar ke dalam kuali karamel.
  5. Kukus puding selama 45 minit sehingga masak dengan api sederhana. Alas penutup pengukus dengan kain atau tuala supaya air tidak menitis ke atas puding.
  6. Sejukkan puding dahulu sebelum diterbalikkan untuk dihidang.
