250g Butter, softened

180g Brown Sugar

2 nos Eggs

130g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

140g Self-rising Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

100g Dried Fruits (raisins/dried cranberries)

100g Candied Fruits

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and lightly grease a 6 inches loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar together in a bowl until pale and fluffy. Whisk in eggs and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer until smooth.
  3. Fold in self-rising flour, salt and cinnamon powder until combined. Gently stir in dried fruits and candied fruits.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into the loaf pan and bake for 40 mins.
  5. Cool in the loaf pan for 10 mins before remove and store in the airtight containers.

180g Gula Perang

2 biji Telur

130g Krimer Sejat CARNATION®

140g Tepung Naik Sendiri

1/2 sudu kecil Garam

1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk Kayu Manis

100g Buah-buahan Kering (kismis/kranberi kering)

100g Manisan Buah

Langkah-langkah

  1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 160°C. Sapukan loyang saiz 6 inci dengan sedikit mentega.
  2. Pukulkan mentega dan gula perang sehingga kembang dan pucat. Masukkan telur dan CARNATION® Krimer Sejat kemudian pukul sebati.
  3. Masukkan tepung naik sendiri, garam dan serbuk kayu manis. Gaulkan secara kaup balik sehingga sebati. Masukkan buah-buahan kering dan manisan buah kemudian gaul rata.
  4. Bahagikan adunan secara rata dan tuang di dalam loyang yang disediakan. Bakar selama 40 minit.
  5. Sejukkan kek di dalam loyang selama 10 minit sebelum keluarkan dan simpan di bekas kedap udara.
