1 no Whole chicken, cut into 4 parts
1 no Red onion (Marinate)
5 cloves Garlic (Marinate)
1 inch Ginger (Marinate)
1 tsp Turmeric powder (Marinate)
2 pcs Lemongrass, white part only(Marinate)
2 tbsp Curry powder(Marinate)
1 tsp Salt (Marinate)
2 tsp Corn starch (Marinate)
50ml F&N Evaporated Filled Milk (Marinate)
1/2 cup Oil
2 nos Red onion
1 inch Turmeric
2 tbsp Cili boh
3 pcs Curry leaves
4 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp Curry powder
1 pcs Assam keeping
1 tsp Clove
2 tsp Chicken stock powder
1L Water
3/4 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
Preparation
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients set aside for 30 mins, and fried until golden brown
- Prepare the kuah lemak, blending red onion, turmeric and cili boh.
- Heat up a pot with oil, fried the paste until split from oil, add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes,
- Serve the fried chicken with nasi kukus and kuah

50g Susu Isian Sejat F&N (untuk perap)
1/2 cawan Minyak
2 biji Bawang Merah
1 inci Kunyit
2 sudu besar Cili Boh
3 tangkai Daun Kari
4 sudu besar Pes Tomato
2 sudu besar Serbuk kari
1 keping Asam Keping
1 sudu kecil Cengkih
2 sudu kecil Serbuk Stok Ayam
1L Air
3/4 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
1 sudu kecil Garam
2 sudu besar Gula
Langkah-langkah
- Perap ayam dengan semua bahan perap dan biarkan selama 30 minit. Kemudian goreng sehingga bewarna kuning keemasan.
- Untuk penyedian kuah lemak, kisarkan bawang merah, kunyit dan cili boh.
- Panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak, tumis pes sehingga pecah minyak. Masukkan semua bahan dan masak selama 20 minit.
- Hidangkan ayam goreng bersama nasi kukus dan kuah lemak.
