390g F&N Evaporated Creamer

150ml Heavy cream 

2 nos Whole egg 

4 nos Egg yolk

3 tbsp Teapot Pandan Squeeze Tube

As needed Sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine F&N Evaproated Creamer, heavy cream, whole eggs, egg yolks and Teapot Pandan Squeeze Tube together, mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into ramekins.
  3. Steam for 20 minutes.
  4. Chill the crème brulee for at least 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle some sugar on top. Using a torch, melt the sugar to form a crispy layer.
  6. Enjoy !

390g Krimer Sejat F&N

150ml Krim pekat

2 biji Telur

4 biji Telur Kuning

3 sudu besar Krimer Manis Pandan Teapot

Scukupnya Gula

Langkah-langkah

  1. Gabungkan Krimer Sejat F&N, krim pekat, telur,telur kuning dan Krimer Manis Pandan Teapot, gaul rata.
  2. Tuangkan campuran ke dalam acuan ramekin.
  3. Kukus selama 20 minit.
  4. Biarkan sejuk crème brulee sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam.
  5. Taburkan sedikit gula halus di atas creme brulee. Gunakan torch, cairkan gula untuk membentuk lapisan garing.
