30g Pandan leaf
650ml Water
85g Sugar
8g Agar-agar powder
Milk Layer
1 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
85g Sugar
250ml Water
10g Agar-agar powder
Preparation
- To make pandan layer, blend pandan leaves and water. Strain the mixture.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, simmer until the sugar and agar-agar powder fully dissolved. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a 7” tray. Keep the remaining mixture warm over low heat.
- To make milk layer, heat water, sugar, and agar-agar powder over medium heat, simmer and stir until the sugar and agar-agar powder are fully dissolved. Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk into the mixture, stir well.
- Pour 1/3 of the milk mixture into the tray, on top of the pandan layer. Keep the remaining mixture warm over low heat.
- Repeat step 2 to 4 until all the pudding mixture finished.
- Keep the pudding in the chiller for at least 4 hours before serving.

250ml Air
10g Serbuk agar-agar
Langkah-langkah
- Untuk lapisan pandan, kisarkan daun pandan dan air. Tapiskan untuk dapat air pandan.
- Untuk lapisan pandan, campurkan daun pandan dangan air dan kisarkan. Tapiskan air pandan.
- Panaskan air pandan atas api sederhana, renehkan sehingga gula dan serbuk agar-agar larut sepenuhnya. Tuang 1/3 campuran ke dalam dulang 7”. Reneh campuran pandan yang tertinggal atas api yang perlahan.
- Sedia dihidang!
- Untuk membuat lapisan susu, panaskan air, gula dan serbuk agar-agar atas api sederhana, renehkan dan kacau sehingga gula dan serbuk agar-agar larut sepenuhnya. Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N ke dalam adunan dan kacau rata.
- Tuangkan 1/3 campuran susu ke dalam dulang ke atas lapisan pandan. Reneh campuran susu yang tertinggal atas api yang perlahan.
- Ulang langkah 2 dan 4 sehingga campuran pandan dan susu habis digunakan.
- 7. Simpan puding di dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam sebelum dihidangkan. Sedia dinikmati!
