  • ½ cup instant oats
  • ½ cup NutriSoy Fresh Soya Milk No Sugar Added
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • topped with blueberries or banana, chocolate peanut butter, granola

 

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, soymilk, maple syrup, chia seeds, flaxseed, chocolate peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a mason jar.
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with blueberries or banana, a spoon of chocolate peanut butter, and granola. Enjoy!
