Ingredients

400g Peanuts

15 pcs Dry Chilli (Soak in water for 1 hour)

2 pcs Garlic

4 pcs Onions

2 pcs Lemon Grass

1 inch Ginger

100g Gula Melaka

100ml Asam Jawa

1 tin F&N Evaporated Creamer

300ml Water

60 ml Cooking Oil

A/N Salt

A/N Sugar

4 pcs Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan, cut cube

Methods

  1. Roast the peanut ,peel off the skin and crush to pieces
  2. Blend the entire spice ingredient.
  3. In a pot add in cooking oil and blended ingredients, cook until it splits from oil
  4. Add in peanuts, asam jawa and water.Simmer in low heat for 20 mins, stir every 5 mins to prevent burn.
  5. Add in F&N Evaporated Creamer, and bring it to a boil and let it simmer for another 10-20 mins
  6. Finally, adjust with salt and sugar to taste.
  7. Enjoy Peanut sauce with Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan.
Pro Tips
  1. If you prefer crunchy peanut, shorten the cooking time by 10 mins
  2. To compliment this dish with rice, add in 500g of Beef or chicken into the peanut sauce

Bahan-bahan

400g Kacang Tanah,

15 keping Cili Kering ( direndam 1 jam degan air)

2 ulas Bawang Putih

4 biji Bawang Besar

4 inci Serai

1 inci Halia

100g Gula Melaka

100ml Asam Jawa

1 tin Krimer Sejat F&N

300ml Air

60 ml Minyak Masak

Secukup Gula

Secukup Garam

4 biji Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan, potong kub

Cara Penyediaan

  1. Panggang kacang tanah, menggelupas kulit dan dihancurkan
  2. Kisar semua bahan rempah.
  3. Masukkan minyak masak ke dalam periuk dan bahan-bahan kisar, masak sehingga ia terpisah daripada minyak
  4. Tambahkan kacang tanah, asam jawa, gula melaka dan air. Reneh dengan api kecil selama 20 minit, kacau setiap 5 minit untuk mengelakkan hangus
  5. Masukkan Krimer Sejat F&N, dan biarkan ia mendidih selama 10-20 minit dan terus kacau setiap 5 minit.
  6. Akhirnya, laraskan dengan garam dan gula sehingga secukup rasa
  7. Nikmati kuah Kacang dengan Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan

  1. Jika anda lebih suka kacang rangup, memendekkan masa memasak sebanyak 10 minit
  2. Untuk melengkapkan hidangan ini dengan nasi, tambahkan 500g daging lembu atau ayam ke dalam kuah kacang
