Vegetable (A)

1 pcs Large cucumber, seeded & cube

2 pcs Large Tomato, seeded & cube

½ - 1 pc Carrot, shredded

1 tsp Ginger paste

Yogurt Mixture (B)

250g F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk

6-8 pc Lime, juice only

½ tsp Sugar

Methods

  1. Wash and cut all the vegetable listed on A, place it into a bowl.
  2. On a separate mixing bowl, mix F&N Full Cream Evaporated Milk with the rest of ingredients listed on B until it is thicken.
  3. Pour B into A, mix gently. Store it in refrigerator for 2 hour or overnight.
  4. Serve chilled.
