240ml   F&N Rose Syrup

60g   Basil seed, bloomed

120ml  Gula melaka syrup

1L  Water

10 nos   Calamansi

As needed Gula melaka jelly

As needed  Ice

Gula Melaka Jelly

80g   Gula melaka

5g   Agar-agar powder

400ml   Water


  1. To make gula melaka jelly, combine the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stir until agar-agar powder completely dissolve.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a mold, let it set.
  4. Muddle calamansi in a jug, add in all other ingredients.
  5. Enjoy!
