Red Date Syrup

20g Red Date (sliced)

10g Goji berry

100g Sugar

150g Water

Egg Pudding

4 nos Egg

300g CARNATION© Evaporated Creamer

200ml  Water

5 tbsp Red date syrup

5g  Red date (sliced)

5g Goji berry

To taste Red date syrup (drizzle)


  1. To make red date syrup, combine red date, goji berry and water in a pot. Boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add in sugar, boil until sugar fully dissolve, set aside and let cool.
  3. To make egg pudding, combine egg, water, red date syrup and CARNATION© Evaporated Creamer.
  4. Whisk until well mixed, sieve the egg mixture with a strainer. Pour the strained mixture into ceramic bowls or mold.
  5. Cover each bowl with aluminum foil.
  6. Steam for 10 minutes then cover in the steamer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the steamer, let cool and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Drizzle some red date syrup on top before serving.
