100g Whipping Cream
½ tsp Cardamom powder
10g Rose Essence
2 tsp Black pepper
150g F&N Rose Cordial
1 can (390g) IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Methods
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Portion out the mixture evenly into ice cream molds.
- Keep in freezer for 2 hours, insert ice cream stick in the middle of each khulfi.
- Keep in freezer overnight to fully set.
