Ingredients
Peanut Sauce
400gm Peanuts, blend
15pcs Dry Chili (soak in water for 1 hour), blend
2pcs Garlic, blend
4 pcs Onions, blend
2 pcs Lemon Grass, blend
1 inch Ginger, blend
100gm Gula Melaka
100ml Asam Jawa
1 tin F&N Evaporated Filled Milk
300ml Water
60ml Cooking Oil
A/N Salt
A/N Sugar
4 pcs Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan, cut cube
Methodology
Peanut Sauce
- Roast the peanut, peel off the skin and crush to pieces
- Blend the entire spice ingredient.
- In a pot add in cooking oil and blended ingredients, cook until it splits from oil.
- Add in peanuts, asam jawa and water. Simmer in low heat for 20 mins, stir every 5 mins to prevent burn.
- Add in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, and bring it to a boil and let it simmer for another 10-20 mins
- Finally, adjust with salt and sugar to taste.
- Enjoy Peanut sauce with Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan.
Pro Tips
- If you prefer crunchy peanut, shorten the cooking time by 10 mins
- To compliment this dish with rice, add in 500g of Beef or chicken into the peanut sauce

400gm Kacang Tanah, Kisar
15 keping Cili Kering ( direndam 1 jam dengan air),Kisar
2 ulas Bawang Putih,Kisar
4 biji Bawang Besar,Kisar
4 inci Serai, Kisar
1 inci Halia,Kisar
100gm Gula Melaka
100ml Asam Jawa
1 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N
300ml Air
60ml Minyak Masak
Secukup Garam
Secukup Gula
4 biji Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan, potong kub
Cara Penyediaan
- Panggang kacang tanah, menggelupas kulit dan dihancurkan
- Kisar semua bahan rempah.
- Masukkan minyak masak ke dalam periuk dan bahan-bahan kisar, masak sehingga ia terpisah daripada minyak
- Tambahkan kacang tanah, asam jawa, gula melaka dan air. Reneh dengan api kecil selama 20 minit, kacau setiap 5 minit untuk mengelakkan hangus
- Masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N, dan biarkan ia mendidih selama 10-20 minit dan terus kacau setiap 5 minit.
- Akhirnya, laraskan dengan garam dan gula sehingga secukup rasa
- Nikmati kuah Kacang dengan Nona Ketupat Wangi Haruman Pandan.
Tip
- Jika anda lebih suka kacang rangup, memendekkan masa memasak sebanyak 10 minit
- Untuk melengkapkan hidangan ini dengan nasi, tambahkan 500g daging lembu atau ayam ke dalam kuah kacang
